What I Confess, I Possess!!!

Remember we said that Christianity is called "The Great Confession." **The law of that confession is that I confess I have something before I consciously possess it.
Romans 10:9-10 gives us the law for entering the family of God: "If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved: for with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
You see, the spirit man has to believe that Jesus is his only hope of righteousness, and then with his mouth he makes a confession of his salvation.
Did you notice that the confession of the mouth comes before God acts upon our spirits and recreates or regenerates them?
If I say with my mouth, "I believe Jesus died for my sins according to Scripture, and I now acknowledge Him as my Lord," I know instantly that that acknowledgment gives me Eternal life.
I cannot possess eternal life until I confess eternal life with my mouth.
I confess that I have salvation before God acts and recreates me quickens my dead spirit.
Healing works the same way. I confess that "By His stripes I am healed," while the disease is still in my body.
I make the confession that "by His stripes I am healed;" the disease and its symptoms may not leave my body all at once, but I hold fast to my confession.
Why?? Because He said in His Word that I WAS healed, and it makes no difference what the symptoms may look like or feel like in my body. I command the author of disease (the devil) to leave my body.
I must give the Word of God its rightful place in my life! God has spoken and I purposefully side with the Word He has spoken.
When I take sides with the Word of God and agree with that Word completely, I repudiate disease and sickness, pain, weakness, failure and lack.
            My confession gives me possession
** Know this: Faith is governed or ruled by our confession.
This should be my confession-- The Word of God declares:
That I am whole-- spirit, soul and body,
That my mind and emotions line up with the Word of God,
That I am healed of any and all disease,
That I am free of any and all pain,
That I am strong and not weak,
That I am a success and not a failure,
                        That I suffer no lack,
That all my needs are met,
That I find favor with God and with man,
That I am above and not beneath,
That I am more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus,
That I am the head and not the tail,
That I am blessed when I go in and I am blessed when I go out,
That no weapon formed against me can possibly prosper,
That no tongue raised in condemnation against me will have any adverse effect on my life,
                        That I am an overcomer,
That I am a member of the BELOVED,
That I am a Blood-bought child of the Living God!! GLORY TO GOD
Remember Philippians 4:6-7 which says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your  hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Why must prayer be made with thanksgiving? Because that means that I know the thing is done. I asked my heavenly Father for it and now I have it, so I thank my heavenly Father for the answer.
Verse 7 says, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
I am not worrying over this thing anymore. I already have it!! I am not going to be healed-- I ALREADY HAVE MY HEALING because I have His Word and His Word can never fail and return to Him void and my heart is filled to overflowing with His joy!! GLORY!!
I am not going to get the money I need for my finances-- I ALREADY HAVE IT!!
We could boldly says: MY CONFESSION SOLVES THE PROBLEM!!
On the other side of this coin, a wrong confession hinders the work of the Holy Spirit in you life. And a neutral confession is actually unbelief. It is just as bad as a negative confession.
It is the positiveclear-cutdecisiveWord-based declaration that wins:
"I know in Whom I have believed."
"I know that no Word from God is void of power or fulfillment in my life."
"I know that He watches over His Word to make it good."
"I know that no Word from God returns to Him empty or void, but every Word from God accomplishes what He sent it to do."
We need to call attention to some facts about the relationship of our confession to our faith
First of all, unbelief grows with a negative confession. **A confession of failure places failure on the throne of your life. **Failure will loom as a huge giant standing in the way of your success if you confess it.
If I confess weakness, weakness dominates me.
If I confess sickness, I am held in bondage by it.
These negative confessions are acknowledgements of Satan's dominion over God's temple-- your body.
**When you were born again, you received the nature of Father God. That nature grows on the inside of you every time you confess His Word and act on His Word, and it causes your spirit to grow in grace and ability.
**Did you know that what you say with your mouth is your present attitude toward your heavenly Father?
If you find yourself in a difficult situation or circumstance, your confession is either in the realm of faith or in the realm of unbelief. Your words either honor the Father or your words can honor the enemy of your soul. Your words either give Satan or the Word of God dominion over your life. You choose!!
That is why we must HOLD FAST to our confession-- the confession that agrees with the Word of God.
Your confession either makes you a conqueror, or it defeats you. You will either rise or fall according to the level of your confession.
We must learn to HOLD FAST to our confession in the hard times.
John 8:36 says, "If the Son (Jesus) has made you free, then you are free indeed."
Galatians 5:1 is so important to us: "Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
The time to make your bold confession is when Satan levels an attack against you. Repudiate it! Discredit it! Command it to leave in the Name of Jesus!!!
Romans 8:31-37 says, "If God is for us, who can be against us?" Know this: YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU!!!!!!!
Disease cannot conquer you!! The author of disease cannot conquer you!! GLORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Circumstances have no mastery over you!!! Because Father God, the Creator of the universe and the Son of His Love, are greater than any circumstance!! Glory!!!!
1 John 4:4 is so true: "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world."
Look at who you are according to this Scripture: "You are a product of His, and of His own will He brought you forth through the Word. You have a divine destiny and glorious purpose in the plan of God!! GLORY TO GOD!!!
Listen to this: "... For it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you energizing and creating in you the power and desire, both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight" (Philippians 2:13 Amplified).
Now look at Romans 8:11: "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also GIVE LIFE to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you."
You MUST believe this truth!!! It MUST become a living reality in your spirit!!!
Spiritual Principle: **You obtain God's very best by the confession that you have it.
**The secret of great faith is the secret of confession.
**Faith holds the confession that he has the thing he desires before he actually possesses it.
Sense knowledge faith confesses that he is healed when the pain leaves and the swelling goes down. There is really no faith in that.
Faith declares you are healed even while the pain is still wracking your body.
You confess that you have it, and you thank the Father for it and then realization follows.
**Remember, confession with thanksgiving always brings realization.
**Confession is the melody of faith.
** Confession before realization is foolishness to the world and sense knowledge.
In the Old Testament we see that Abraham's faith was contrary to sense evidence. He stood strong, giving glory to God, knowing that what God had promised him, God would make good.
This was a picture, a type and a shadow of what would be made available to believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus says in John 17:23 Amplified, "I in them, and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and definitely recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them even as You have loved Me."

            GLORY TO GOD FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
